We’re drilling down on the topics that emerged from our Citizen Roundtables.
First discussed in the Citizen Roundtables, then tested through the ongoing Virtual Forums, we identified a range of potential priorities that were further explored in online sessions called the Decatur 202s. These sessions were designed to allow competing priorities to be addressed, inspire efforts to resolve conflicts, and build support for effective decision-making.
The overriding question for the process: What does successful policy-making for the next decade look like in a community of 25,000 in a metro area of six million?
